About Andrew:
With over 25 years of experience, he has been helping buyers and sellers make informed real estate decisions since 1997. His greatest reward is seeing clients happily settled in homes he helped them find, and turning to him again as the trusted Realtor® when it's time for their next move, or real estate investment. He stays ahead of market trends and evolving regulations through professional development and his involvement in organized real estate. He is a Certified Real Estate Investment Specialist (REIS), and a former Central Director (2023-25) on the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA).
Outside of real estate, he can be found tinkering on his sailboat or driving his vintage VW beetle. He loves spending time with his teenage son, eating pizza and gummy bears.

Jennifer Patterson has been a passionate real estate professional for over 20 years, helping clients buy, sell, invest, and build wealth through property. Originally drawn to real estate as an investor and landlord, she quickly discovered a love for guiding others through their own journeys.
Jen is a wife and mother of two young girls who values quality family time, whether it’s reading together, building blanket forts, or enjoying a game night. She is actively involved in her community, serving as secretary of her children’s school parent council, volunteering in classrooms, and acting as membership coordinator and social convenor for her local neighbourhood association. Outside of real estate and volunteering, Jen is a fitness enthusiast with a great sense of humor who loves her snacks.
